      "answer": "QuitApp is a private days-since counter and habit tracker for iPhone and iPad. It counts elapsed days from each goal’s start time, with optional setback records, customizable Home Screen widgets and ambient background sounds."

      "answer": "No. The days add up automatically from your goal’s start time. You don’t have to open the app or mark every day as complete. You can enable daily reminders if you find them helpful."

      "answer": "You can log a setback and optionally add a reason. When you confirm, QuitApp saves the attempt and starts the counter again from that moment. Your earlier attempts remain in your local records."

      "answer": "Yes. Choose a preset or make a custom goal with your own name and icon. You can keep multiple goals and customize widget colors and themes. Home Screen widgets come in small, medium and large sizes."

      "answer": "Yes, through Apple’s iPhone widgets on Mac. You need iOS 17 or later, macOS Sonoma 14 or later, the same Apple Account on both devices, and “Use iPhone widgets” enabled on your Mac. Your iPhone must be nearby or on the same Wi-Fi network. This uses your iPhone’s widget; it isn’t a separate Mac app."

      "answer": "No account or subscription is required. QuitApp has no ads and no in-app purchases. Check the App Store for the download price in your region."

      "answer": "On your device. QuitApp does not run an account-based syncing service or collect your records. Sharing or exporting happens only when you choose it. Read the privacy policy for details."
