Does Clickaroo work offline?
Yes. Everything runs on your iPhone, with no account and no internet connection needed. Only the one-time Pro purchase goes through Apple.
Why don't the lessons use the real click sound?
So your dog never hears a click without getting a treat. Lesson sounds are a soft “pop” and follow your silent switch. The clicker itself always plays the real click.
When does Clickaroo suggest the next step?
Each step has a clear goal, usually 8 of 10 tries, two sessions in a row. A session counts once you've logged the full number of tries. Clickaroo only suggests; you decide when to move on.
What's free, and what's in Pro?

Is the whistle ultrasonic?
No. iPhone speakers cannot reliably play ultrasonic sound, so the whistle uses tones that both you and your dog can hear. The adjustable pitch lets you pick a sound your dog notices.
