How to use Dear Sea, restore Pro, adjust sound, and get in touch.
How do I restore Pro?
Open Settings, then Restore Purchases in About. The purchase page also has Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that bought Pro. If it still does not appear, check the connection and contact us.
What does Pro include?
Pro adds six seas, extra writing tools, light choices and music mixing. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. After purchase, choose a sea in the selection panel; finding creatures is not required.
Why do creatures and natural events not always appear?
They depend on the sea, season, time and chance. Some visits will be quiet. There is no fixed timetable or promise that an event will appear during a visit.
Is the weather live?
No. The App simulates weather. It does not ask for your location or fetch a local weather forecast.
How do I adjust the sound and music?
Open Settings to adjust waves, wind, background music and sound effects. You can turn music and effects off. Music can follow the current sea, or stay with a chosen sea; Pro adds more mixing choices.
How do the timer and bedside mode work?
Open the timer from the tray, choose a duration and start. You can pause or stop it. Bedside mode offers a dimmer view with fewer controls; leaving it brings back the usual view.
Where are photos and my progress kept?
Settings, local statistics, shore progress and writing stay on this device. A photo is added to Photos only after you confirm and grant permission. Apple’s system backup or photo sync follows your device settings.
How can I send a question?
Email us with your device model, iOS version and what happened. A screenshot is optional; leave out personal information. No account is needed.
