FlowPocket
Privacy policy
Your card library stays on your device. Here is when Apple, a website, or an app you choose may receive information.
About this policy
This policy covers FlowPocket, also named 兜兜:剪贴板与复制粘贴中转站, provided by Shengxing Yang. It describes the app’s handling of cards, clipboard content, settings and optional purchases.
Local storage and your choices
Cards, text, images, files, original filenames, custom titles, comments and settings are stored locally using the app’s database and files. Saved export templates, where available, are local too. We do not operate a FlowPocket server that receives or synchronizes your card library, and the app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDK.
Clipboard access and Apple devices
FlowPocket reads content when you paste, import, or use automatic saving while the app is active and clipboard access is allowed. You control automatic saving in the app and clipboard permission in system Settings. Apple’s Universal Clipboard can transfer clipboard content between eligible devices under Apple’s rules and your settings. Each FlowPocket card library remains independent; this is not whole-library cloud synchronization.
Network requests for imported images
Local card storage can work offline, but the app is not completely offline. If a copied or dragged URL points to an image, FlowPocket may request that image directly from its host to import it. That host receives the requested URL and ordinary network information such as an IP address, and its own privacy practices apply. These requests do not upload your existing card library to FlowPocket.
Purchases handled by Apple
Optional purchases and Restore Purchases use Apple’s StoreKit and require Apple’s services. Apple processes transactions under its own terms and privacy policy. FlowPocket checks verified purchase information to unlock features and stores access information locally. We do not receive your payment card details or run a purchase-receipt server.
Sharing, exports and AI tools
When you choose Copy, Share, drag-and-drop or export, the selected content is made available to the destination you choose. An export may include text, custom titles, comments, original filenames and attachments, as well as source and date information if enabled. Preparing an export is local; FlowPocket does not send it to an AI service. Any app or AI tool you subsequently give it to follows its own privacy policy. Review the material before sharing it.
Retention, deletion and backups
You control which cards to keep or delete, including optional cleanup settings. Deleting a card may remove its stored content, and removing the app can remove its local data. System or computer backups may contain app data according to your Apple backup settings; we do not receive those backups. Files you have exported or shared, clipboard copies, and backups are separate copies and are not removed by deleting a card in FlowPocket.
Support and this website
If you contact us, the email or GitHub provider processes your message and the information you choose to send. We use support correspondence to respond to your request; avoid sending sensitive content. These help pages do not include an analytics or advertising script. Serving a web page still involves ordinary requests to the website’s hosting and CDN providers, which can process IP addresses and request information. This website activity is separate from the app’s local card library.
Questions and changes
Contact the developer using the links below for privacy questions or requests concerning information you sent to support. If the app’s data practices change, this policy will be updated here. The update date appears at the top of the page.
