Help & support

Keep your cards safe, get copying again, and check purchases.

Are my cards synced between devices?

Each device has its own local card library. FlowPocket does not sync your whole library through an account or a FlowPocket cloud. Apple’s Universal Clipboard can make copied content available on your other Apple devices, depending on your system settings and connectivity. A device can then save that clipboard content as its own card.

Automatic saving is not working. What should I check?

First copy a short piece of text in another app, return to FlowPocket and use the blue manual paste button once. If iOS asks, allow the paste. Then open this app’s page in system Settings and, when “Paste from Other Apps” is available, choose Allow. Turn on automatic saving in FlowPocket and keep it active. The permission entry and wording depend on your system version; a manual paste helps establish the system permission before you look for it. Automatic saving is not an always-on background recorder.

How do I copy, preview or move a card?

Double-tap a card to copy its contents. You can also use its Copy action. Touch and hold a card for its available actions, including preview, editing, starring and sharing where supported. Dragging works when the receiving app accepts that content type. If a drop is not accepted, use Copy or Share.

Why does the same content not create another card immediately?

Automatic saving avoids adding the same content repeatedly within a short interval. Manual paste is an explicit action and can add the content again. Large imports may ask for confirmation before saving; keep that protection enabled if you often copy large files.

How do I restore Pro or Max?

Use the same Apple Account for Media & Purchases that made the purchase, connect to the internet and choose Restore Purchases on the purchase page. Restoration checks Apple’s purchase record; it does not restore or sync deleted cards. Prices and available products come from the App Store for your region. If an option does not load, retry later rather than buying again to troubleshoot.

How do I protect my cards before updating or troubleshooting?

Keep a completed device backup before updating. Do not uninstall FlowPocket as a troubleshooting step: removing the app can remove its local cards and attachments. Save important material separately; where export is available, an export is useful for keeping content but is not a full restorable app backup. If the app reports that it cannot open your data, stop adding cards and contact support before deleting or resetting anything.

What if a file will not preview, or storage is nearly full?

Some file formats cannot be previewed by the system. Try Copy or Share to open the file in a compatible app. If the attachment itself is missing, a preview cannot recover it. Free device storage before adding more large files, and check that a new card actually saved. Starred cards are protected from the app’s quick cleanup, but they are not a backup.
