By downloading or using Ink Panda you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Licence
Ink Panda is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use under Apple's Standard EULA. These terms add to it; where the two conflict, Apple's agreement applies.
Artwork and content
The ink-wash scenes, panda artwork, animation, sounds, seals and text in the app are owned by or licensed to the developer. You may save the album leaves you create to Photos and share them for personal use.
Ink Panda Pro (once purchases open)
- Pro is bought through the App Store, at the price shown there.
- Auto-renewing subscriptions renew within 24 hours before the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Use Restore Purchases in the app to get your purchases back on a new device.
Not a medical or health tool
Ink Panda's timers, night listening and mood journal are for relaxation and personal reflection. They do not provide medical, psychological or sleep diagnosis or advice. If you have health concerns, please talk to a professional.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep Ink Panda stable and pleasant, but to the extent permitted by law it is provided as is. Please keep device backups turned on so your records are not lost if you change or lose your phone.
Changes
When these terms change we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use Ink Panda after an update means you accept the new terms.
