Common questions
- How do I put the panda on my Home Screen?
- Touch and hold an empty area of the Home Screen, tap Edit › Add Widget, search for Ink Panda and choose a size. Touch and hold the widget to pick a style.
- The timer doesn't appear on the Lock Screen or in the Dynamic Island.
- Check that Live Activities is on in Settings › Ink Panda. The Dynamic Island only appears on iPhones that have it.
- The sound stops when I lock the phone or switch apps.
- Playing after you leave the app is part of Pro. Also check the Ring/Silent switch and Focus. Sound pauses under the system's rules when headphones disconnect or a call comes in.
- How do I keep the painting on the current moment?
- Open Scenery and tap Pause rotation next to This Moment. Tap Resume rotation to return to your schedule.
- The text is too large or too small.
- In Text Size in settings, follow the system size or choose one just for Ink Panda.
- How do I move my records to a new phone?
- Moods, notes and timer history are stored on your phone and move with your iCloud or computer backup. Make sure a backup has finished before you switch.
- How do I restore a purchase?
- Once Pro is available, tap Restore Purchases on the Ink Panda Pro page.
