Meowdar Support

Install Meowdar on both iPhones and open Bump on both. Bring them close: the two cats will face off. Gently bump the phones to start Bluetooth pairing and become Old Friends.

The first time you bump, iOS shows a Bluetooth pairing request. Tap Pair on both iPhones to let the cats make it official.

Yes. Once you're Old Friends, you can lock both phones and put them in your pockets. Getting close triggers a Reunion Meow; walking away triggers a Farewell Meow. Keep Meowdar in the background. Don't swipe it away in the app switcher: if you do, it can't detect reunions or farewells. Open it again if you've closed it.

Check the Meow even on silent switch in Meowdar. With it off, silent mode gives you a notification without sound. With it on, your cat meows even in silent mode. When Meowdar is open in the foreground, it always plays sound.

Your cat waits 20 seconds before a Farewell Meow, to make sure you've really walked away. Give it a moment. The same type of meow only plays once within a cooldown period, so pacing back and forth won't turn into a cat chorus.

On both iPhones, open iPhone Settings, find Meowdar and allow Bluetooth and Local Network access. Then return to Meowdar, open Bump on both phones and bring them close again.

Open Make Your Cat to make your cat face and give your phone a name. Making your cat is free. While Bump is open, nearby people who also have Bump open can see that name and face.

In My Meow, use the recording control to record your best meow, and allow microphone access when asked. Use the tuner to adjust a sound. Unlock Everything lets you save your own recordings and tuner results. Recordings stay on your phone.

Open Apple's Shortcuts → Automation → New Automation. Choose a trigger: Charger, Battery Level, App or Arrive. Add an action, search for Meowdar or 老吴, and choose the app's action. Set the automation to Run Immediately. Your phone can meow when you plug it in, its battery gets low, you open an app or you arrive home.

The free version lets you have 1 Old Friend, and Make Your Cat is free. Unlock Everything is a one-time purchase for unlimited Old Friends, saving your own sounds and saving tuner results.

In Meowdar, go to My Meow → About → Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account you used for the original purchase.

Tap … next to the other person's name on Bump, or on their Old Friend card, and choose block or report. To unblock someone, go to My Meow → About.

Open Old Friends and forget the person you want to remove. To clear all Meowdar data from this iPhone, delete the app.

两台 iPhone 都要安装老吴老吴（Meowdar），一起打开「碰一碰」页。靠近后，两只猫就会对峙；轻轻碰一下手机，用蓝牙配对，就结为「故人」了。

第一次碰上后，iOS 会弹出蓝牙配对请求。两边都点「配对」，猫猫才算正式认识。

可以。结为故人后，两台手机锁屏放口袋也行：走近叫「重逢」，走远叫「离别」。让 App 留在后台，别从后台划掉；划掉就收不到重逢和离别了。如果已经划掉，重新打开 App。

看看 App 里的「静音时也叫」开关。关着：手机静音时只弹通知，不出声；打开：手机静音时也照样叫。App 开在前台时总会出声。按你想让猫猫多活泼来选。

离别会等 20 秒，确认你真的走远了才叫，给猫猫一点反应时间。同一种叫声在一段时间内只叫一次，来回走动也不会一直喵喵喵。

在两台 iPhone 的系统设置里找到老吴老吴（Meowdar），允许「蓝牙」和「本地网络」权限。然后回到 App，确认另一台也打开了「碰一碰」页，再靠近试试。

打开「捏猫头」，给自己的手机捏一张猫脸、起个名字。捏猫头免费。打开碰一碰页时，附近同样打开这一页的人都能看到你的名字和猫头。

在「我的老吴」里点录音，按提示允许麦克风，就可以录下你学的猫叫；用调音器调整声音。「解锁全部」后可以保存自己的声音和调音结果。录音只存在你的手机里，放心喵。

打开系统的「快捷指令」→「自动化」→ 新建，选触发条件：充电器、电池电量、App 或到达。添加操作，搜索「Meowdar」或「老吴」，选择 App 的操作，并选「立即运行」。这样就能在充电、低电量、打开某个 App 或到家时叫一声。

免费版可以有 1 位故人，捏猫头免费。「解锁全部」是一次买断：无限故人、保存自己的声音、保存调音器的结果。

在 App 里打开「我的老吴 → 关于 → 恢复购买」。请使用当初购买时的 Apple 账户。

在碰一碰页对手名字旁的「…」，或故人卡片的「…」里选择屏蔽或举报。想解除屏蔽，到「我的老吴 → 关于」里操作。

到「故人」里忘掉某位故人，就能移除对方。要清掉这台 iPhone 上的全部 App 数据，删除 App 即可。
