Tidewash saves automatically, only on this iPhone. There is no account, and version 1.0 has no iCloud sync. Deleting the app deletes your progress. Your iPhone’s own backup includes it, so restoring a backup, or moving to a new iPhone with your data, normally brings it along.

Game Center is optional, and Tidewash never asks you to sign in on its own. To use achievements and leaderboards, open the iPhone Settings app, find Game Center (you can search for it), sign in with your Apple Account, then come back to Tidewash. Achievements you earned while signed out are sent to Game Center after you sign in.

Open the menu, then Settings › Language. Choose System to follow your iPhone’s language, or pick English, 日本語, 简体中文, 繁體中文 or 한국어. The game switches right away.

In Settings, under Sound, tap a sea sound to switch and listen, and set the Sea, Effects and Ambience volumes. Turning off Gull Calls silences the gulls; they still fly. Tidewash follows your iPhone’s silent mode, so you won’t hear it while your iPhone is on silent.

No to both. Tidewash plays fully offline; only the optional Game Center uses the network. There are no ads and no in-app purchases: you buy the game once on the App Store.

Please tell us your iPhone model, the iOS version (iPhone Settings › General › About), the Tidewash version (iPhone Settings › General › iPhone Storage › Tidewash), which beach you were on, and what happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
